@MikexKlaus Neither if you’re talking superbikes. A beginner has no business on one. On the other hand, I think the old Monster 600 or 750 would be alright bikes for a beginner (power is nothing comparable to modern inline 4′s of the same displacement). Those bikes can be found for a song and also still be fun as you grow. Just get something cheap that you’re not afraid to drop. It’s very likely that you will drop a bike once or twice in your first year of riding. I did

@MikexKlaus Honda because you will drop it (I even recommend a used bike for your first go–just have it checked out by a mechanic first), and dropping a Ducati is very sad.

@bigbangAT Did you listen to the adjectives this guy used to describe how victorious Ducati is on the track??? and the kind of budget Ducati works with??? How about how dominate Ducati has been for the past couple decades??? Did you see the power graph to show the torgue it produces compared to Honda CBR1000 ??? Did you watch and listen to this video? or are you just a dope, i don’t like the Ducate, and you blast out with.. I don’t like the noise. YOU DON’T EVEN DESERVE TO LOOK AT A DUCATI.

ok, you guys think i’m crazy, but the only thing i dont like about the Ducati is the sound… dont get me wrong! i think its an amazing motorcycle, if not the best. but i’m more of a fan of the gsxr 1000 and r1 kinda sounds that sound a bit like a F1 car. the ducati sounds more like a F3 car. but he, i know MANY other people love the sound of the ducati, but just not me

@thekkl Thats fair BUT no body puts a gun to peoples heads and tells them to buy a certain brand so the fact is, is that the company is really that good or we the consumers are the idiots and deserve things like harly davidson its something to think about i like ducati a lot that doesnt mean i am going to get one i like Kawasaki’s too. u get the point i am trying to make.
